Payment
Payment for your order is required prior to shipment. For your convenience and to expedite shipment of your order, you may pay with a credit card or bank account through PayPal (Registration is not required to use a credit card.).
A personal check, cashier's check or money order may be sent to cover the order, however, there might be a delay in shipment until money has posted in our bank account. Make Checks payable to "Jeffrey R. Frazier." Mail To:

Sales Tax
Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all sales.
Security
We believe in providing a secure site so that you can shop with peace of mind. We have installed the latest encryption software conforming to the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) protocol to safeguard all of the information you send to us. All information provided is private and confidential and is stored in a secure location. In addition, all online orders (credit card info, etc) are additionally protected through SSL encryption.
Shipping
Egg Hill Publishing ships all packages via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to arrange for faster shipment. Shipping Fee: $2.00 per book.
We ship to the United States and Canada. Additional shipping fees will be charged for shipments beyond the North American continent. Please contact us if your order requires overseas shipment.
Returns
All bookstore orders are final except when damage has occurred during shipment. Damaged books will be replaced. Please contact us to let us know your order was damaged during shipment. Customers are responsible for returning damaged books at their expense. Upon receipt of the damaged books, replacement books will be mailed promptly at Egg Hill Publishing’s expense.
